HMB affects 1 in 4 women and can be identified by 2 of these symptoms: –

  • Change protection every 2 hours / 12 x in a cycle
  • Double protect
  • Need to get up at night
  • Fear of accidents
  • Passage of clot

If you have HMB get your Iron levels (Ferritin) checked.
