Please email us your recent blood test results, your referral letter (if applicable), and your insurance details so we can prepare for your consultation.

3We'll arrange your consultation

Once we've received your information, we'll book your video consultation and send you a confirmation email with all the details.

4Attend your consultation

Your consultation will take place by video call and will last around 30 minutes. During this appointment, we'll review your results, discuss your symptoms and determine whether an iron infusion is appropriate for you.

5Arrange your iron infusion

If treatment is recommended, we'll arrange a convenient date, time and location for your infusion and send you a confirmation email.

6Receive your treatment

Your iron infusion will be given in a comfortable private room. You can simply relax while our experienced team takes care of you throughout your appointment.

7Follow-up blood tests (usually after 3 months)

We recommend repeat blood tests around three months after your infusion to help us monitor your progress and assess your response to treatment.

8Attend your follow-up appointment

As part of your treatment plan, your follow-up appointment gives us the opportunity to review your progress, discuss your experience and answer any questions you may have.
